Shipping Policy


At the time of your order if an item selected is temporarily out of stock, you will be notified via Email of the backordered item. Backordered items are shipped as soon as they are available. A team member will contact you via phone the day it will ship to inform you and collect payment.

Please be certain that you will not be charged for a backordered item until it is shipped. If for any reason you have to cancel a backordered item prior to its shipment, please contact us at 1-800-627-8399.



If you need to cancel your order please call 1.800.627.8399 before 2:00pm Central Standard Time on the same day the order is placed. Orders cannot be cancelled thereafter.

The system will automatically cancel your order if:

the shipping address is not valid

the credit card information is not valid



Your order will be processed the same business day if placed before 2:00pm Central Standard Time. If placed after 2:00pm Central Standard Time your order will be processed the next business day.

All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday.

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day.

All orders placed on major holidays will be processed and shipped the next day of operation.

Standard shipping starts at $5.50 and increase depending on the destination zip code, weight of package, and form of shipping.

All Overnight and 2nd Day orders will be processed the same day if order is received before 12:00pm Central Standard Time. If order is received after 12:00pm Central Standard Time it will be processed the next business day.

Orders shipped to a Residence may require a signature upon delivery.
